• Product must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags.

• Refunds are processed in 48-72 hours post-pick-up. Refunds might get delayed due to the Shark Tank surge.

• COD refunds happen via a secure payout link (you enter your bank/UPI details).

• Order cancellations are allowed before dispatch. If you still want to cancel your order, kindly refuse to accept the delivery, it will come back to our warehouse, and your order will be automatically cancelled.
