1. Dispatch Timelines

All confirmed orders placed between Monday to Saturday are dispatched within 24 hours.

Standard Delivery
Delivery time for most pin codes across India is 5–7 working days from dispatch.
Remote/Extended Delivery Zones
Certain regions may experience extended delivery time:

Remote/rural locations
Estimated delivery time in these regions is 10–15 working days, depending on courier availability and security checks.
3. Festival / Seasonal Delays
During major festivals, national holidays, or high-demand seasons:

Courier partners may face delays due to the load

Weather conditions or strikes may cause unavoidable delays

4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched:

You will receive a tracking link via WhatsApp

Order status can be checked at any time using the link

Tracking may take a few hours to update after dispatch

5. Unserviceable Pincodes
If your pin code is identified as unserviceable by the courier partner:

The order may be automatically cancelled

A refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

You will be notified instantly via SMS/email
6. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Delivery may fail or be delayed if:

The address is incomplete

Phone number is incorrect

The customer does not respond to delivery attempts
In such cases, courier partners may return the shipment to us.
A re-shipping charge may apply if the customer requests delivery again.
7. Delivery Attempts & Undelivered Packages
Courier partners generally make 1–3 delivery attempts.
If the customer is unreachable or unavailable during all attempts:

The order may be marked as RTO (Return to Origin)

If prepaid, a refund will be processed once the product returns to our warehouse

If COD, cancellation will occur automatically
8. Delays Beyond Our Control
Guugly Wuugly is not liable for delays caused by:

Weather disruptions

Local restrictions or strikes

Courier operational issues

Festival loads
-
Public holidays
-
Incorrect address details were provided by the customer
However, we will assist you proactively.
9. Shipping Fees

Standard shipping is usually free unless otherwise mentioned

COD may carry an additional fee, depending on order value and promotions

Shipping fees (if charged) are non-refundable
10. Delivery of Multiple Items
In case you ordered multiple products:

They may be shipped together or in separate shipments

Partial deliveries may occur, depending on courier routing
11. Damaged Packages on Delivery
If you receive a damaged package:

Take photos/videos immediately

Do not discard packaging

12. Ownership & Risk
Once an order is handed over to the courier partner, ownership passes to the customer.
However, we continue to support tracking and delivery issues.
