Returns - Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Policy

Before Delivery / Shipment:

Users may cancel their orders before delivery/shipment by logging into their account on the Platform and selecting the “My Account” section.

Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 24–48 business hours after the cancellation request has been successfully received and processed.

Cancellation of individual items within an order is not permitted; the entire order will be cancelled if requested.

Once a cancellation request is placed, it cannot be reversed. Users wishing to purchase the products again must place a new order.

In the event the order is in transit, refunds will be processed only after the returned products are received and verified at our warehouse.

For orders placed using cart offers or promotional discounts, cancellation of one or more products may result in cancellation of all products purchased under the same offer. Benefits of any coupons or offers will not be included in the refund.

After Delivery / Shipment:

Once the product is delivered, the Return & Refund Policy shall apply.

Users will be notified of the acceptance or rejection of the cancellation via email or SMS.

 2. Returns Policy
Eligibility & Process:

Returns can be requested within 15 days of delivery by logging into your account and navigating to “My Account.”

Guests who checked out without registering must create an account using the same email/phone number to initiate returns.

Returned products must be in original packaging, including all parts, freebies, labels, barcodes, and the original receipt. Products must be properly packed to avoid damage during transit. Guugly Wuugly will not be liable for incorrect products returned via courier.

Exceptions: Returns will not be accepted for:

a)      Products damaged due to misuse or overuse.

b)     Products missing original packaging, tags, labels, accessories, or freebies.

c)      Tampered serial numbers.

d)     Defective products from the customer end.

e)      Used or altered products.

f)        Requests initiated after 15 days from delivery.

g)      Free products provided as part of promotions.

Partial Returns:

Users may initiate a return for individual products within an order. Products must be returned with all components and complimentary items.

Shipping address and return pickup address should match unless the product was gifted to another person.

Damaged / Incorrect Products:

In case of damaged, defective, or incorrect products, Users can raise a return request via the Platform.

Products will be picked up within 2–4 business days, excluding Sundays and holidays.

Refunds will be processed only after the returned products pass a quality check at the warehouse.

 

3. Refunds

Refunds for returned or cancelled products will be processed once the products are received and verified at our warehouse.

Refunds for credit/debit card or net banking payments will be processed to the original account within 24–48 business hours after verification; it may take an additional 2–3 business days to reflect.

Refunds for cash-on-delivery orders will be processed via a payout link sent to the registered mobile number provided by the User. The payout link will be shared within 24–48 business hours after refund verification. Once successfully completed by the User, the refunded amount may take an additional 2–3 business days to reflect in the billing account.

If any product in an order was purchased using a coupon, discount, or promotional offer, the coupon/offer will be void for the returned product(s) and will not be included in the refund.

 

1.     Orders can be cancelled before shipment
Customers can cancel their order before it is shipped by logging into their account. Once cancelled, it cannot be reversed.

2.     Full order cancellation only
Partial cancellation is not allowed. If a customer cancels, the entire order gets cancelled, not individual items.

3.     Refund timeline for cancellations
Refunds for cancelled orders are processed within 24–48 working hours, but may take a few extra days to reflect in the bank.

4.     Orders in transit are refunded after return
If the order is already shipped, refunds are processed only after the products are returned and checked at the warehouse.

5.     Offers and coupons are not refundable
If an order was placed using discounts or cart offers, the offer value is not refunded and the coupon becomes invalid.

6.     Returns allowed within 15 days of delivery
Customers can request a return within 15 days from delivery, provided the product is unused and in original condition.

7.     Strict return condition checks
Returned products must have original packaging, tags, labels, freebies, and invoice. Used, damaged, or tampered items are not accepted.

8.     Partial returns are allowed
Customers can return individual items from an order, but all related components and free items must also be returned.

9.     Damaged or wrong products are supported
If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, the company arranges pickup within 2–4 working days and refunds after quality check.

10.  Refunds go to original payment mode
Online payments are refunded to the same account, and Cash on Delivery refunds are paid via bank transfer, usually within a few working days.
