Returns - Refund & Cancellation Policy

We keep returns and exchanges super easy — because we know how fast kids outgrow moods, choices, and outfits!

  • 15-day easy returns & exchanges.

  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags.

  • Refunds are processed in 5–7 business days.

  • COD refunds happen via a secure payout link (you enter your bank/UPI details).

  • For remote/self-ship returns, we reimburse up to ₹60.

  • Order cancellations are allowed before dispatch.

  • For wrong/defective/missing items, raise a request through our return portal.

1. Eligibility for Return/Exchange

You may request a return or exchange within 15 days of the delivery date.

A product is eligible if:

  • It is unused

  • It is unwashed

  • It is in its original packaging

  • All tags, labels, and brand packaging are intact

  • No stains, smells, or signs of wear are present

Products that do not meet the above conditions will be rejected during the quality check.

2. Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged, unless received in damaged or defective condition:

  • Items purchased during the final sale

  • Buy 1 Get 1 or multi-pack deals

  • Items damaged due to improper use or handling

3. How to Initiate a Return/Exchange

To initiate returns, exchanges, wrong items, defective products, manufacturing defects, or missing item issues, please submit your request through our official return/exchange portal:

Pickup Options:

  • Reverse pickup will be arranged if your pin code is serviceable.

  • If reverse pickup is unavailable, we may request you to self-ship the product to our warehouse.

For self-ship returns:

We reimburse up to ₹60 of courier charges upon submission of the courier receipt/tracking proof.

4. Exchange Process

Once the returned product is received and passes the quality check:

  • Exchange will be approved

  • Replacement item will be dispatched within 24–48 hours

  • If the requested product/size is unavailable, you may choose between:

    • Different product

    • Store credit

    • Refund

  • Kindly note that exchange can only be done once per order.

5. Refund Timelines

After the item passes the quality check:

  • Refund will be initiated within 5–7 business days

Online Payments (UPI / Card / Wallet)

Refund is credited to the original payment method.

COD Orders

Refund is issued via a secure payout link:

  • You will receive a link via SMS or email

  • Enter your bank account or UPI details

  • Refund is processed to the selected account once submitted

This ensures safe and fast refunds without manual bank detail exchanges.

6. Damaged, Defective or Wrong Product

If you receive:

  • A wrong item

  • A damaged item

  • A defective product

  • An item with manufacturing issues

  • A missing product from your order

Please raise the issue within 48 hours via our return/exchange portal:

Upload clear photos/videos for verification.

Once verified, we will arrange pickup and process a replacement or refund.

7. Cancellation Policy

Before Dispatch

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.

After Dispatch

Cancellation is not permitted after dispatch.

You may initiate a return once the product has been delivered.

8. Delivery Issues & Non-Serviceable Pincodes

If your delivery pincode is unserviceable, the order will be automatically cancelled, and a full refund will be processed.

Failed deliveries due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Invalid phone number

  • Consistent non-response

may lead to order cancellation or re-shipping fees, depending on courier policies.

9. Quality Check (QC) Rejection

Your return request may be rejected if:

  • Product is used/washed

  • Tags or packaging are missing

  • Item has stains, odour, or wear marks

  • Wrong item sent back

In such cases:

  • We’ll notify you

  • You can request the item to be shipped back at your own cost

10. Refund Delays or Issues

If you don’t receive the refund within the expected time:

  • Check your bank account

  • Contact your card issuer or bank

  • Email us at care@guuglywuugly.in

We will assist promptly.

11. Shipping Charges

  • Original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable

  • Reverse pickup is free for eligible returns

  • For self-shipped returns, reimbursement is capped at ₹60

12. Governing Law

This policy is governed by applicable Indian laws.

All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
