3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase or use this Website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

By using the site, you confirm that you are competent to enter into a valid contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

4. Product Representation

• We strive for 100% accuracy in product images, descriptions, and details.
  

• Note: The product models displayed on the website are AI-generated and for representational purposes only, showing how a product might look when worn. Actual product fit, shade, or appearance may vary slightly due to lighting, screen settings, or production batch differences.
  

• Such variations do not qualify as product defects.
  

5. Pricing & Payments

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable GST.
  

• Accepted payment modes: UPI, Cash on Delivery (COD), Credit/Debit Cards, and Wallets.
  

• Orders are processed only after full payment confirmation (except for COD).
  

• Guugly Wuugly reserves the right to cancel any order that appears fraudulent, incomplete, or violates these Terms.
  

• We do not store or retain your card details in compliance with RBI tokenization guidelines.
  

6. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

• Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment and receipt of a confirmation email/SMS.
  

• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only by emailing care@guuglywuugly.in.
  

• Once dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
  

• If a pincode is unserviceable, the order will be automatically cancelled, and the full amount refunded within 5–7 business days.

7. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are dispatched within 24 hours (Monday to Saturday).
  

• Orders placed after 12 noon on Saturday are dispatched on Monday.
  

• Estimated delivery: 5–7 working days, depending on your location and courier availability.
  

• Deliveries to Jammu & Kashmir, North-Eastern states (Seven Sisters), and remote/rural regions may take 10–15 working days.
  

• There may be delays during festive seasons, weather disruptions, or unforeseen logistical issues.
  

• Guugly Wuugly is not liable for delays once the shipment is handed over to the courier partner.
  

• Customers must ensure accurate address and contact details; failed deliveries due to incorrect information may lead to order cancellation or re-shipping charges.
  

8. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

• We offer 15-day easy returns or exchanges from the date of delivery.
  

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
  

• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval via the original payment mode.
  

• For COD orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer.
  

• Items under final sale, combo offers, or special discounts may not be eligible for return unless defective.

10. User Conduct

Users agree not to:

• Engage in fraudulent transactions or misuse the COD facility.
  

• Post unlawful, defamatory, or obscene content on the Website.
  

• Attempt to hack, interfere, or reverse-engineer Website systems.
  

Violation of these conditions may result in account suspension, order cancellation, and legal proceedings.

11. Limitation of Liability

• Guugly Wuugly shall not be responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of products or Website.
  

• In any event, our liability shall not exceed the order value.
  

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted Website operation at all times due to maintenance or technical issues.
  

12. Privacy & Data Protection

13. Force Majeure

All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
