Customers are advised to make payments only through the official payment methods made available on our website during the checkout process.
The Company shall not be responsible for any payment made by a customer to any third party, individual, agent, employee, vendor, courier partner, or any other unauthorized person or entity, over and above the order value displayed on the website.
Any payment made outside the Company's authorized payment channels shall be solely at the customer's own risk. Such payments shall not be eligible for any refund, reimbursement, adjustment, credit, or compensation from the Company under any circumstances.
If any person requests additional payment in the name of the Company, customers are strongly advised not to make such payment and to immediately report the incident to our Customer Support Team along with all relevant details and supporting evidence, including screenshots, messages, call recordings, or other communication records, wherever available.
The Company reserves the right to investigate any such incident and to take appropriate legal and administrative action against any person found to be misusing the Company's name, impersonating the Company, or engaging in fraudulent activities.
