1. Accepted Payment Methods
We currently accept the following payment modes:

All payment methods are subject to the availability and operational guidelines of our payment gateway partners.
2. Secure Online Payments — RBI Compliance

All online payments are processed through secure, PCI-DSS–compliant payment gateways.

We do not store your full card details in accordance with RBI Tokenisation Guidelines.

Sensitive card information (CVV, expiry date, etc.) is directly encrypted with the payment partner.

Payments are processed through encrypted channels (SSL).
Your financial data is completely protected.
3. Payment Confirmation
Once your payment is successful:

You will receive an order confirmation email/WhatsApp

Your order will enter the dispatch cycle

In case of unsuccessful attempts, no amount will be deducted
If money gets debited without confirmation (rare, but possible), it will be automatically reversed by your bank within 5–7 working days.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is offered based on:

Courier availability

Pincode serviceability

Order value limits

Fraud-risk analysis
We reserve the right to disable COD for:

High-risk users

Fake/invalid addresses

Frequent refusal or RTO history

Bulk orders
5. Refunds for Online Payments
Refunds for prepaid orders (UPI/Cards/Wallets/Net Banking):

Always returned to the original payment method

Processed within 5–7 business days after QC approval

Refund timelines depend on your bank/gateway
6. Refunds for COD Orders
Refunds for COD orders are processed via a secure payout link:

You will receive the link via SMS/email

Enter your bank account or UPI ID

Refund is processed after your details are submitted
-
No need to share sensitive details with customer support
This method is fast, safe, and eliminates manual errors.
7. Payment Failures
In the event of a payment failure:

Do not retry multiple times in rapid succession

Check if your bank has debited the amount
-
If debited but not confirmed, your bank will auto-reverse the transaction

8. Fraud Detection & Prevention

Cancel suspicious orders

Disable COD temporarily

Blacklist users abusing COD or creating fake orders

Ownership of the product transfers upon dispatch.
