Terms & Conditions for Guugly Wuugly Referral Program

Eligibility

• The referral program is open to all customers with an active Guugly Wuugly account or new users signing up for the first time. Referrals apply only to new customers who have not made any previous purchases on Guugly Wuugly, which means the friend (referee) must be a new user who hasn’t purchased from Guugly Wuugly before for the referral benefits to be applicable.

• Referral rewards are only applicable when someone else uses your referral code.

Successful Referral Criteria

A referral is considered successful only if:

• The referee completes a purchase using the shared referral link.

• The referee's order meets the minimum order value of ₹999.

• The referee's order is successfully delivered and is not cancelled, returned, or exchanged.

Referral Benefits

• Referrers: You will receive ₹200 for each successful referral.

• Referees (your friends): They will receive a 15% discount on their first order, applicable for orders above ₹999.

• Referral cash and discounts must be used within 90 days of being credited. Unused benefits will expire at the end of this period.

Payout Timeline

• Referral cash (₹200) will be credited to the referrer’s account within 3 working days once the return or exchange window is closed and the referee cannot return or exchange the order placed.

• We send a link to the referrer, allowing them to select their preferred payment method. Once chosen, the cashback transaction is processed.

Restrictions

• Only one referral discount can be used per order.

• Referrals cannot be combined with any other ongoing offers or discounts.

• Self-referrals (using your own referral link to create an additional account) are strictly prohibited and will be automatically detected, and referral cash stands null and void in such cases.

General Terms

• Referral cash and discounts are non-transferable and can only be redeemed under the conditions specified within the program.

• Any participant found violating the terms and conditions of the referral program will forfeit all accrued benefits and may be permanently disqualified from participating in the program.

• All decisions made by Guugly Wuugly regarding the referral program will be final and binding.

• Guugly Wuugly reserves the right to change, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice.
