Logistic Policy

At Guugly Wuugly, we strive to deliver a smooth and reliable shopping experience. Our logistics policy ensures transparency and support at every step of your order journey.


1. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Orders are usually dispatched within 24–48 hours.

  • Standard delivery time is 5 to 7 business days, depending on your location and the serviceability of our courier partners.

  • Note: Deliveries to certain regions — including the Seven Sister States (Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Meghalaya, Manipur, Mizoram, Nagaland, and Tripura), Jammu & Kashmir, and Bihar — may require additional transit time due to logistical challenges.

Delivery timelines may vary during peak seasons, rainy season or due to unforeseen circumstances.


2. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, a tracking link will be shared via WhatsApp and/or email.

  • You can use this link to view real-time status updates on your package.

  • For any tracking issues or delays, please contact our customer support team via the [support link].


3. Non-Availability at Time of Delivery

  • Our courier partner will make up to 3 re-attempts if you are unavailable during the initial delivery.

  • If all attempts fail, the order will be returned to our warehouse.

  • In such cases, you may place a new order to initiate re-shipment.


4. Change of Delivery Address

  • To update your delivery address, please contact our support team before dispatch.

  • Once an order is dispatched, we cannot guarantee address changes.

 


5. Order Confirmation Process

  • Once an order is placed, our team will call you for confirmation before dispatch — applicable for both Prepaid and Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

  • We will make up to 3 call attempts over 3 days using the contact details provided at checkout.


6. Unconfirmed Orders

  • If we are unable to establish contact within 3 days, the order will be automatically cancelled.

  • If you still wish to receive the product, you’ll need to place a new order on the website.


7. Custom T-Shirt Orders – Return & Exchange Policy

  • Customised T-shirts are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Once a design is confirmed and processed, the sale is considered final.
