1. Estimated Delivery Time

Orders are usually dispatched within 24–48 hours.

Standard delivery time is 5 to 7 business days, depending on your location and the serviceability of our courier partners.

Note: Deliveries to certain regions — including the Seven Sister States (Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Meghalaya, Manipur, Mizoram, Nagaland, and Tripura), Jammu & Kashmir, and Bihar — may require additional transit time due to logistical challenges.
Delivery timelines may vary during peak seasons, rainy season or due to unforeseen circumstances.
2. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, a tracking link will be shared via WhatsApp and/or email.

3. Non-Availability at Time of Delivery

Our courier partner will make up to 3 re-attempts if you are unavailable during the initial delivery.

If all attempts fail, the order will be returned to our warehouse.

In such cases, you may place a new order to initiate re-shipment.
4. Change of Delivery Address

To update your delivery address, please contact our support team before dispatch.

Once an order is dispatched, we cannot guarantee address changes.
5. Order Confirmation Process

Once an order is placed, our team will call you for confirmation before dispatch — applicable for both Prepaid and Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

We will make up to 3 call attempts over 3 days using the contact details provided at checkout.
6. Unconfirmed Orders

If we are unable to establish contact within 3 days, the order will be automatically cancelled.

If you still wish to receive the product, you’ll need to place a new order on the website.
7. Custom T-Shirt Orders – Return & Exchange Policy

Customised T-shirts are not eligible for return or exchange.

Once a design is confirmed and processed, the sale is considered final.
